School Exams Week

Today I had a German oral exam. My teacher was going to hire me as an Au pair. Maybe telling him that I was chaotic was not a very smart thing to do. He said he needed his children to live in an organized house, after that I just kept digging my own grave. So I thought it went ok but not great. Turns out I got an 8/10! It made me feel a bit better before the actual torture of the day.

A math test... I tried I really did. I just forgot how to calculate the standard deviation. Stupid statistic and probability theory.

Luckily I could end my day with some fun too. I liked visiting my sister and seeing my nephew and niece again. Playing mariokart for the wii with my nephew is not exactly relaxing though. He shouts out that I'm losing every 3 seconds, and tries to sabotage me in every way possibly. My nephew is 4 and his little sister is almost 2 years old. I love them both I really do but sometimes they test my patience and make me doubt my dream as a future mother. When my nephew jumps on me when I'm lying on the couch and hits me in the crotch for the tenth time it just makes me feel grateful for the fact that I'm not a guy.

Embarrassing situation

Today I started my day by talking to a friend of mine over skype. I hadn't talked to him for ages so it was nice to see him again. Since he lives in Australia there isn't much close contact anyway. We met while I was in Japan as an exchange student for one year. He was also an exchange student and as exchange students you have to form a group in order to survive. It was nice to catch up on things.

Later today I met two of my school friends that I always meet on Mondays to go to the movies. Because we practically go every week, we jokingly call it the movie club.

After the movies I had evening class. Chemistry was boring as usual until my boss decided to call me while I hadn't turned off my phone. Fortunately I wasn't the first in this class to make that mistake, so it was a short moment of me blushing and smiling awkwardly before he continued with his story about molecules.

p.s. The movie yesterday was actually quite cool and I had not trouble sleeping. There was a bit more head-ripping than necessary for my taste though.

Election day

Today was my first time voting. I didn't know any of the names on the sheet so I searched for the name that sounded the best and voted for him. I chose Nick Wiper, because wiper sounds like he will wipe all the bad things away! Don't worry I chose the political party I have the most faith in. Even if you don't know what the hell is going on in politics I still think you should vote. Our ancestors worked so hard to give us the right to vote and not voting seems disrespectful to me. If you don't want to vote or don't know on what or who, at least hand in your sheet blank so it counts for the attendance percentage. But hey that's just my opinion.

Later today I had class and I almost fell asleep during Biology. I guess you could say today was pretty uneventful. At least I spent my time in class useful and drew a few of my favorite characters that I call Cindies.

I want to lose at least 10 kilos and because I heard meat is not helpful in losing weight I decided this morning I will stop eating meat. Let's see how long I can stick to it. (I will be honest I'm a very weak person when it comes to things I like)
